Unraveling the Secrets

Having lived a large portion of my life on the east coast of Florida, I naturally am very aware of the annual Hurricane Season which runs from June 1st thru November 30th and just how nasty these destroyers of lives and property can be.
Why live here then, you might ask? Well, of course, the stock answer is because of the weather and the beautiful beaches. (After all I do go to the beach once a year for the Springing the Blues Festival. And most of the time this "great weather" is hotter than hell and muggier than a health club sauna). I guess the actual - and wiseass - answer is, "everyone has to live somewhere."
I went through hurricane Dora in 1964 along with the weird calmness as the eye of the storm passed directly through Jacksonville. Then came the sudden return of the wall of that extremely destructive storm from the opposite direction which was especially nerve wracking. It was an experience that lives in my mind like it was yesterday.
[ I also was living in Burbank California during the Sylmar Earthquake on February 9, 1971. With the epicenter of this 6.6 magnitude earthquake being only 10 miles away from our home we felt the blunt of the tragedy. The point being that I have a pretty good perspective to the age old question: would you rather experience a hurricane or an earthquake? My answer: neither].
Anyway back to hurricanes. I first noticed the pattern of the routes of major hurricanes with Hurricane Floyd in 1999. I watched in amazement as local TV began 24 hour coverage while the storm was mile away from where they usually begin such heavy coverage locally. Studies were being implemented to let the population know what might happen if they ignored the evacuation order, then the results were shown on TV over and over. Never before had I seen this happen so soon. Then came the first ever evacuation of the whole state of Florida causing a huge traffic jam that stretched for the 400 miles or so of the peninsular. They even moved all the inmates out of our prisons and jails. Then the extremely over-rated Hurricane (for Florida) followed the coastline of Florida as though something was in control of its movement by keeping it on an even track offshore without ever touching land at any point in the state.
The following year I watched in amazement as tropical storm Leslie coming OUT OF THE NORTH made a direct b-line for our state without any hoopla until just before the incident. At the time I mentioned to family members and friends, half jokingly, that the past few storm seasons seemed to be part of a pre-planned study by the controllers into just how fast they could relocate a large number of people in a short period of time using the state of Florida and most of the eastern seaboard of the United States as a test area.
Then, when Katrina hit New Orleans the thought came to me that this could be another study. Instead of a massive evacuation this time the controllers wanted to see what would happen if a major storm hit a city with all the people still there. Of course back then I was thinking more along the lines of the controllers taking advantage of the storms mother nature was sending our way than of weather manipulation.
The other day with the present situation of hurricanes lining up in the Atlantic like airplanes at an airport and while thinking along the lines of persistent internet chatter about possible control of these massive storms I suddenly remembered a small piece of information that I had picked up while in the merchant marines during the Viet Nam war.
It was during the spring of 1967 or 1968. Our freighter, the Silver Falcon, left Lake Charles, Louisiana with a load of rice bound for Da Nang, South Viet Nam under an operation called "Hands Across the Sea."
One night while on watch with the 2nd Mate I mentioned that I thought it was strange to be carrying rice to Viet Nam, a place certainly not lacking in rice fields. He told me that it was a payback for all the crops we had destroyed by making it rain for an extended period of time and that, combined with the extensive bombing, we had destroyed much of the Vietnamese rice crops. He said that our cargo of rice being delivered to the Vietnamese people was a part of a deal made with the South Viet Nam government to make up for the destroyed rice patties. At the time it all seemed far-fetched to me, but him being a mate and me being an ordinary seaman I didn't press the discussion any further. However the story must have stuck in my unconscious mind. And, of course, I've read some of the information concerning the possibility of government weather control experiments, especially at the highly secretive Haarp facility in Alaska.
I also realize that when it comes to what our invisible government can and will do there are no bounds. If they could make it rain in Viet Nam in 1967 so much as to wipe out much of the rice crop anything is possible after 40 years of further research and application.
With all of the unusual hurricane activity going on right now I decided to take a long hard look at the possibility of massive and precise weather control, and/or hurricane manipulation. We'll get into what I found later in this report.

The 65 mpg Ford the U.S. Can't Have
Ford's Fiesta ECOnetic gets an astonishing 65 mpg, but the carmaker can't afford to sell it in the U.S.
If ever there was a car made for the times, this would seem to be it: a sporty subcompact that seats five, offers a navigation system, and gets a whopping 65 miles to the gallon. Oh yes, and the car is made by Ford Motor , known widely for lumbering gas hogs.
Ford's 2009 Fiesta ECOnetic goes on sale in November. But here's the catch: Despite the car's potential to transform Ford's image and help it compete with Toyota Motor and Honda Motor in its home market, the company will sell the little fuel sipper only in Europe. "We know it's an awesome vehicle," says Ford America President Mark Fields. "But there are business reasons why we can't sell it in the U.S."

NASA to Explore "Secret Layer" of the Sun
Sept. 5, 2008: Next April, for a grand total of 8 minutes, NASA astronomers are going to glimpse a secret layer of the sun.
Researchers call it "the transition region." It is a place in the sun's atmosphere, about 5000 km above the stellar surface, where magnetic fields overwhelm the pressure of matter and seize control of the sun's gases. It's where solar flares explode, where coronal mass ejections begin their journey to Earth, where the solar wind is mysteriously accelerated to a million mph. . .
It is, in short, the birthplace of space weather.

Chemicals in Marijuana May Fight MRSA
Study Shows Cannabinoids May Be Useful Against Drug-Resistant Staph Infections
By Caroline WilbertWebMD Health News

Sept. 4, 2008 -- Chemicals in marijuana may be useful in fighting MRSA, a kind of staph bacterium that is resistant to certain antibiotics.
Researchers in Italy and the U.K. tested five major marijuana chemicals called cannabinoids on different strains of MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus). All five showed germ-killing activity against the MRSA strains in lab tests. Some synthetic cannabinoids also showed germ-killing capability. The scientists note the cannabinoids kill bacteria in a different way than traditional antibiotics, meaning they might be able to bypass bacterial resistance. . . (Continue)

Anyway, I see you have taken up the 2012 issue a bit. Now, I do not claim to know anything about the future. I am not trying to refute anything you have said about 2012. For all I know, something may be in the works for that date. But I think there is a very important something that needs to be kept in mind when the issue of the Mayan (and/or Aztec) calendar "ending" in 2012 comes up. That issue is, well, when does YOUR calendar "end"? Since it "ends" next year, is something really big going to happen then? How far in the future is an ancient stone-age society (as in, a society with way fewer resources than we have today) "obligated" to extend their calendar? Were they supposed to carve some huge stone calendar that went on for millions of years, because wherever they stopped, the world would "end"? I think you can get the idea. You have to end your calendar at SOME point. Generally speaking, it has never meant anything at all. In modern societies calendars only last one year usually. It is certainly possible that there is some sort of meaning to this ending date. But the fact of an "ending" date of the Mayan calendar, ALONE, can not possibly prove anything at all.
I am no expert, but I think the Mayan calendar has to do with synchronizing cycles: for starters, they had two different years, one was 260 days long (not sure of the number, but it sounds right), and the other was 365 days long. I think they also had a 20 year cycle and a 52 year cycle. The point is that it takes 5000 odd years for all the cycles to line up. I may be simplifying a bit, but it is something like that. I would guess that they extended the cycle both backwards and forwards (unless the Mayans were much older than academia admits, in which case that they were there when the calendar starts about 3113 BC). The dates more than likely have no meaning at all: it is just how long it takes different cycles to match up. My numbers may not be exactly correct, but the idea is correct: they definitely used two different "years," plus they had other cycles.
I finally found the book THE MAYAN FACTOR (I have so many books I sometimes cannot find one!). The date that ends the calendar (2012) the way the Mayans would write it (using OUR numbers) is 13.0.0.0.0 : it is a good guess that all those zeros is why they ended the calendar there/then.
Please keep in mind that I am not trying to knock what you are saying in any way (I WANT to hear your ideas, no matter how off the wall). We just need to remember to THINK about everything, examine all ideas, especially in this world of DISinformation.

Hello Bruce,
Great letter with well thought out ideas. Its information like this that keeps my own research up to par. As with most of the subjects I cover I try not to come to any conclusions because I'm always learning something new to change my direction of study. Particularly when it comes to predicting "the end of the world." I've watched too many others step into that ridiculous trap. Either way you lose.
The only thing that I am positive of in my research is that flying saucers exist as solid metallic objects that are intelligently controlled and that they are from somewhere on or in our planet. I knew this before I started researching anything. But I know it as fact only because of what I've seen with my own two eyeballs.
My goal is and always has been to pass along the information I find in my quest for the truth in an entertaining and enjoyable way. My girlfriend Marsha hates it when she asks my opinion on something because my stock answer is usually that I don't know- I'm still gathering information. I understand her frustration but that’s my lot in life . . . I'm just an information gatherer and compiler. Actually people find it hard to believe but deep inside I'm a dedicated skeptic, and unlike most who claim to be skeptic I am a true skeptic.. .One who instinctively or habitually doubts, questions, or disagrees with assertions or generally accepted conclusions.. . . Most of those who claim to be skeptics actually argue for or support accepted conclusions so they are claiming to be something they can't even define correctly. But as anyone who has followed my research knows, I defiantly do disagree with accepted conclusions.
So, your research only adds to what we all are doing - Seeking the truth - and I'm always glad to receive new, or information unknown to me. Keep up the good work. I wish more of our readers took the time to let us know their thoughts on the subjects we cover, or should be covering. Thanks again.
Your long time friend,
Dennis

On November 26, 2002, North American Aerospace Defense Command began receiving reports of a contrail of unknown origin in the air over the Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean. Fighter jets were scrambled from several bases to intercept the unknown that was heading northwest toward the U.S., but reportedly, nothing was spotted. Commercial airline pilots later reported the contrail over Florida and later over Indiana. This fascinating report received scant attention in the U.S. press, which is unusual considering the zeal for "national security" that has been rampant since 9/11. The thought is disturbing that an unknown aircraft could fly with impunity over the United States and receive only a few paragraphs in local papers. What could possibly explain this odd lack of curiosity by the national media? (Read the complete fascinating report).

Solar Car Mistaken for UFO, Gets Pulled by Alaskan Police

A man by the name of Stefan Nystrom invented a way to generate energy from ocean waves that he claims would cost 5% of what coal energy does.
He set up a proto-type in Ghana and, initially, claims to have found many potential investors. However, suddenly problems started to pop up. The investors, originally extremely enthusiastic, started to back off. He was offered bribes in order to quit. Finally, he began to be harassed by Ghanaian police and mercenaries.
He contacted me in hopes of getting protection. I told him to come to Japan. He told me he was not allowed to leave the country. He said they had taken parts from his prototype. I said I would see what I could do. Before I could do anything, yesterday I received a disturbing set of phone calls from a very scared sounding Mr. Nystrom. "They tried to kill me three times today," he screamed into the phone. Then I lost contact with him, and his phone has been switched off.
In his last call, he asked me to make his technology public. So, here below is a description of his technology. Would people please pass it on and would as many people, in a tribute to a man who has probably been killed by mercenaries hired by the oil industry, and make sure that prototypes are developed.

Over the years in the United States, the international bankers have come in for a great deal of criticism by a wide variety of individuals who have held high offices of public trust -- men whose opinions are worthy of note and whose responsibilities placed them in positions where they knew what was going on behind the scenes in politics and high finance.
President Andrew Jackson, the only one of our presidents whose administration totally abolished the National Debt, condemned the international bankers as a "den of vipers" which he was determined to "rout out" of the fabric of American life. Oldest Skeleton in Americas Found in Underwater Cave?

Deep inside an underwater cave in Mexico, archaeologists may have discovered the oldest human skeleton ever found in the Americas.
Dubbed Eva de Naharon, or Eve of Naharon, the female skeleton has been dated at 13,600 years old. If that age is accurate, the skeleton - along with three others found in underwater caves along the Caribbean coast of the Yucatan Peninsula - could provide new clues to how the Americas were first populated.
Human Migration Theories If Gonzalez's finds do stand up to scientific scrutiny, they will raise many interesting new questions about how the Americas were first peopled. Portal to Maya "Underworld" Found?
A newfound underground labyrinth filled with stone temples and pyramids - some underwater - likely relates to Maya myths of the afterlife, archaeologists say.
Mexican archaeologists announced in August the discovery of a maze of stone temples in underground caves, some submerged in water and containing human bones. Ancient Mayas likely considered the construction a portal for dead souls to pass into the underworld, scholars say.
According to Maya myth, the souls of the dead had to follow a dog with night vision on a horrific and watery path and endure myriad challenges before they could rest in the afterlife.
In one of the recently found caves, researchers discovered a nearly 300-foot (90-meter) concrete road that ends at a column standing in front of a body of water. (Link w/ photo)
"We have this pattern now of finding temples close to the water - or under the water, in this most recent case," said Guillermo de Anda, lead investigator at the research sites.
"These were probably made as part of a very elaborate ritual," de Anda said. "Everything is related to death, life, and human sacrifice."
Stretching south from southern Mexico, through Guatemala, and into northern Belize, the Maya culture had its heyday from about A.D. 250 to 900, when the civilization mysteriously collapsed.
(Read about the watery graves of the Maya in National Geographic magazine.)
Myth and Reality
Archaeologists excavating the temples and pyramids in the village of Tahtzibichen, in Merida, the capital of Yucatan state, said the oldest item they found was a 1,900-year-old vessel. Other uncovered earthenware and sculptures dated to A.D. 750 to 850.
"There are stones, huge columns, and sculptures of priests in the caves," said de Anda, whose team has been working on the Yucatan Peninsula for six months.
"There are also human remains and ceramics," he said.
Researchers said the ancient legend-described in part in the sacred book Popul Vuh - tells of a tortuous journey through oozing blood, bats, and spiders, that souls had to make in order to reach Xibalba, the underworld.
"Caves are natural portals to other realms, which could have inspired the Mayan myth. They are related to darkness, to fright, and to monsters," de Anda said, adding that this does not contradict the theory that the myth inspired the temples.
William Saturno, a Maya expert at Boston University, believes the maze of temples was built after the story.
"I'm sure the myths came first, and the caves reaffirmed the broad time-and-space myths of the Mayans,"he said.
Underworld Entrances
Saturno said the discovery of the temples underwater indicates the significant effort the Maya put into creating these portals.
In addition to plunging deep into the forest to reach the cave openings, Maya builders would have had to hold their breath and dive underwater to build some of the shrines and pyramids.
Other Maya underworld entrances have been discovered in jungles and aboveground caves in northern Guatemala Belize.
"They believed in a reality with many layers," Saturno said of the Maya. "The portal between life and where the dead go was important to them."

Any research report into weather manipulation has to start with one man. That man being the father of the worldwide electrical system, Nikola Tesla.
As Margaret Cheney reported in the biography, Tesla, Man Out of Time (1981) Tesla has been quoted as stating:
"I am positive in my conviction that we can erect a plant of proper design in an arid region, work it according to certain observations and rules, and by its means draw from the ocean unlimited amounts of water for irrigation and power purposes. If I do not live to carry it out, someone else will, but I feel sure that I am right." (page 148)
Of course the above statement is looking at the idea of weather manipulation from the mind of someone who was concerned with helping his fellowman have an easier life which, of course, was his downfall. Unfortunately the controllers do not feel exactly the same way. [Read my article "Free Energy? No Utility Bills?"].
At any rate this is where we start looking into the possibility of the controllers using some form of weather manipulation today. . . The death of Tesla on January 7, 1943 and the immediate removal of all of his equipment, scientific experiment records and papers . . . NICOLA TESLA: WEATHER AND WEAPONS.
It was just four years later on October 1947 that the first attempt to control a major hurricane was attempted. The experiment was named Project Cirrus and ended in disaster.
It was a collaboration of the United States Weather Bureau, the US Army Signal Corps, the Office of Naval Research, and the US Air Force.[1] After several preparations, and initial skepticism by government scientists,[6] the first attempt to modify a hurricane began on October 13, 1947 on a hurricane that was heading west to east and out to sea.[5] . . . . [continue]
After this disaster there is little in the way of information about trying to control these weather monsters until the 1960s and 70s when scientists working under the study name, Project Stormfury attempted to weaken hurricanes with little published success. Here's a link to a pretty good synopsis of the early history of trying to control hurricanes.
And just as the Mate had told me as we plowed through the Pacific Ocean on the flying bridge of the freighter Silver Falcon with a load of rice for Viet Nam back in the '70s our government did actually succeed in controling the weather during the Viet Nam war.

Make Mud, Not War
In 1966 the 54th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron of the U.S. Air Force engaged in an aggressive cloud-seeding program over North Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. By lacing clouds with silver iodide, the military hoped to extend the monsoon season and increase the amount of mud along the paths and roads of the Ho Chi Minh Trail, restricting enemy movement. The initial project reported positive results, and the effort was continued from 1967 to 1972 under the code name Operation Motorpool. Although some inside the operation said their attempts to "make mud, not war" impeded the movement of enemy supplies, evidence for that is "unverifiable."

Because of the Weather Modification operations during the Vietnam War a Senate Hearing took place in 1974 on just that subject.
The threat of weather control became such a real and important issue that by 1977 the United Nations held a CONENTION ON THE PROHIBITION OF MILITARY OR ANY OTHER HOSTILE USE OF ENVIRONMENTAL MODIFICATION TECHNIQUES. It was signed in Geneva May 18th 1977,
According to the State Department's website, "The Senate gave its advice and consent to ratification on November 28, 1979, by a vote of 98-0. The President ratified the Convention December 13, 1979. The Convention entered into force for the United States on January 17, 1980, when the U.S. instrument of ratification was deposited in New York."
The preamble state:
The States Parties to this Convention, Guided by the interest of consolidating peace, and wishing to contribute to the cause of halting the arms race, and of bringing about general and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control, and of saving mankind from the danger of using new means of warfare.
Article 1 states that,
1. Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to engage in military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage or injury to any other State Party. . . . (Continue)
Of course, as any Native American can tell you a treaty or covenant signed by the US government isn't worth the paper its written on.
By 1996 the US Air Force had commissioned a series of papers of where they should be militarily by the year 2025. One section of that report, Owning the weather in 2025 - Military Applications of Weather Modification is a very telling document. The web site, The World Vision Portal has saved us time by highlighting the weather control portion of the lengthy report.
EXCERPTS:
The technology is there, waiting for us to pull it all together [General Gordon R. Sullivan, "Moving into the 21st Century: America's Army and Modernization," Military Review (July 1993) quoted in Mary Ann Seagraves and Richard Szymber, "Weather a Force Multiplier," Military Review, November/December 1995, 75].
It could become a more important weapon than the atom bomb [William B. Meyer, "The Life and Times of US Weather: What Can We Do About It?" American Heritage 37, no. 4 (June/July 1986), 48].
Now lets look at what has been reported concerning our subject recently?
Scientists a step closer to steering hurricanes
By Tim Shipman in WashingtonLast Updated: 2:25AM BST 24 Oct 2007
Scientists have made a breakthrough in man's desire to control the forces of nature -unveiling plans to weaken hurricanes and steer them off course, to prevent tragedies such as Hurricane Katrina. . . . (Continue)

Should taxpayers fund research into weather modification?

In theory, the idea is simple: Lower the temperature of the clouds, and scientists could weaken a hurricane or even alter its path. In one scenario, airplanes would spread a layer of soot into the icy clouds at the top of a storm system, cooling them further and slowing the winds. Cut those wind speeds even a little, scientists say, and the devastating power of a storm surge could be drastically cut, perhaps saving lives and property. . . . (Continue)

Air Force Aims for Weather Control
Someday the U.S. military could drive a trailer to a spot just beyond insurgent fighting and, within minutes, reconfigure part of the atmosphere, blocking an enemy's ability to receive satellite signals, even as U.S. troops are able to see into the area with radar. . . . (Continue)

New evidence suggests US & Russia are embroiled in an illegal race to harness the power of hurricanes & earthquakes

The Daily Express (U.K.) - 2005-07-16
THE huge mushroom cloud soared skywards, the captain was gripped by fear, believing his plane was about to be engulfed by the fall-out from a nuclear explosion. After declaring mayday and ordering his crew to don oxygen masks, the experienced pilot had the presence of mind to record that the cloud measured an estimated 200 miles in diameter and was tipped by an eerie light, like nothing he had seen before. Eventually, it soared harmlessly into the atmosphere, leaving the passenger jet to continue safely on its journey from Anchorage, in Alaska, to Tokyo.
But far below, a fleet of fishing boats trawling the sea between Japan and the Soviet Union was drenched by a violent but short-lived downpour before the weather suddenly cleared. Nuclear tests and volcanic activity were later ruled out but scientists concluded that this was not a natural phenomenon. More than two decades later suspicion still exists that the stunned airline crew and fishermen in 1973 were witnessing a sinister Cold War experiment, in which water from the Sea of Japan was blown into the air to create clouds and rain.
British government papers, just released by the National Archives, show that throughout the Seventies there was deep mistrust between the two superpowers over environmental warfare. The documents reveal that both the US, which led the field, and the Soviet Union had secret military programmes with the goal of controlling the world's climate. "By the year 2025 the United States will own the weather, " one scientist is said to have boasted. . . .(Continue)
The following quotes came from the web page:Weather control/warfare quotes
Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. . . . United States Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen, April, 1997
Senator Claiborne Pell several years ago had been quoted in a news story in which he had said, now that we can control the weather, create earthquakes and tidal waves and use it as a weapon of war we need to do a treaty." . . . Russia and the United States have worked together hand in hand for twenty years in developing weather control. The Russians were here at Lawrence Livermore Laboratories cooperatively working, and received an award for some of their work on weather control. It is a project that has been done, many years ago. . . Bob Fletcher
"The military has had about 20 years to work on weather warfare methods, which it euphemistically calls weather modification. For example, rainmaking technology was taken for a few test rides in Vietnam. The US Department of Defense sampled lightning and hurricane manipulation studies in Project Skyfire and Project Stormfury. And they looked at some complicated technologies that would give big effects. Angels Don't Play This HAARP cites an expert who says the military studied both lasers and chemicals which they figured could damage the ozone layer over an enemy. Looking at ways to cause earthquakes, as well as to detect them, was part of the project named Prime Argus, decades ago. The money for that came from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA, now under the acronym ARPA).In 1994 the US Air Force revealed its Spacecast 2020 master plan which includes weather control. Scientists have experimented with weather control since the 1940s, but Spacecast 2020 noted that "using environmental modification techniques to destroy, damage or injure another state [is] prohibited". Having said that, the Air Force claimed that advances in technology "compels a re-examination of this sensitive and potentially risky topic".As far back as 1958, the chief White House adviser on weather modification, Captain Howard T. Orville, said the US defense department was studying "ways to manipulate the charges of the Earth and sky and so affect theweather by using an electronic beam to ionise or de-ionise the atmosphere over a given area.In 1966, Professor Gordon J. F. MacDonald was Associate Director of the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics at the University of California, Los Angeles, was a member of the President's Science Advisory Committee, and later a member of the President's Council on Environmental Quality. He published papers on the use of environmental control technologies for military purposes. MacDonald made a revealing comment: "The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy."World-recognised scientist MacDonald had a number of ideas for using the environment as a weapon system and he contributed to what was, at the time, the dream of a futurist. When he wrote his chapter, "How to Wreck the Environment", for the book Unless Peace Comes, he was not kidding around. In it he describes the use of weather manipulation, climate modification, polar ice-cap melting or destabilization, ozone depletion techniques, earthquake engineering, ocean wave control and brainwave manipulation using the planet's energy fields. He also said that these types of weapons would be developed and, when used, would be virtually undetectable by their victims. Is HAARP that weapon? The military's intention to do environmental engineering is well-documented. HAARP: VANDALISM IN THE SKY? by Dr Nick Begich and Jeane Manning
I guess we should give the final word on the subject to the main adviser and supporter of Obama's presidential campaign and the man who will lead his foreign advisory people if Obama wins:
Weather Modification, Population Culling and Zbigniew Brzezinski, the man behind Barack Obama
Sunday, April 6th, 2008
As far-fetched as this subject may seem, leaders in the elite global establishment have intimated the existence of this technology and its capabilities. In 1970 Zbigniew Brzezinski published a book titled Between Two Ages. Brzezinski is one of the founding directors of the Trilateral Commission. In this book he said, "Technology will make available, to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised. . . . Technology of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm." . . . (Continue)
After looking at all of the available information the question still remains, can man control the weather in any significant way?
Brzezinski wrote the above statement in 1970. Senate hearings were held in 1974 to investigate weather control during the Viet Nam War. . . . In 1977 the members of the United Nations joined in supposable ending weather manipulation of weather for aggressive purposes. . . In 1995 General Gordon R. Sullivan stated, The technology is there, waiting for us to pull it all together" . . . In 1997 United States Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen stated "Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves." -- [Note he stated "Other ARE engaged in" meaning currently] . . . a study was made for the US Air Force which reached the conclusion, the Air Force will Own the Weather by 2025. . . and in 2008 China claims to have controlled the weather for the Olympics. And Haarp is doing sometng!Combined with all of the other information available, which I've only covered a small portion thereof, I think the evidence speaks for itself. While I don't believe that the government can control a storm such as the one called Ike. I am afraid all they need is time.
